Schema.org

Schema.org is a collaboratively-maintained open vocabulary (originally launched by Google, Bing, Yahoo and Yandex in 2011) for declaring what kind of entity a page represents — Article, Product, Organization, Person, FAQPage, HowTo, Event, etc. Each type has a defined set of fields. AI engines lean on Schema.org because it eliminates ambiguity about what the page „means".
