JSON-LD

JSON-LD is the JSON-based syntax for embedding Schema.org structured data inside an HTML page.

JSON-LD (JSON for Linking Data) is the W3C-standard JSON syntax for declaring Schema.org structured data. It lives in a `<script type="application/ld+json">` block in the HTML `<head>`. JSON-LD is the syntax of choice for AI-search optimisation because every major AI engine parses it cleanly, and unlike microdata or RDFa, it does not require modifying the rendered HTML. Multiple types can be combined in a `@graph` array.
